Draw It! - Toronto Star ); Visiting Poet to the Schools ( League of Canadian Poets ); and art instructor ( Toronto District School Board ); Star Ray offers an excellent opportunity for truly creative interactive children's programming. 3. Mr. Pachul's vision of Canadian content and local community involvement promises an innovative approach to the public airwaves. 4. Mr. Pachul has greeted with enthusiam my concept for a television program involving visual art, poetry, and the immediate creative response of children.
