This letter is in support of application 199812524 by Jan Pachul for a low power station on UHF. 2. I originally recieved Mr. Pachul's experimental broadcast on UHF channel 15. I was watching a black and white TV. I was picking up Mr. Pachul's test pattern and phone number. I had also seen an interview with city councilor Tom Jakobek. 3. I remembered that the city was considering eliminating city council coverage on cable. I called Mr. Pachul and we had a conversation and I felt that what he is doing is a good idea and good for the community. 4. Mr. Pachul gave me a tour of the studio located at Main and Gerarrd and I was rather impressed. 5. The station will make the city council meetings and community TV accessable to persons that do not have cable especially those that can not afford the cost of cable services.
