I wish to support the application of Mr. Jan Pachul to establish a low power UHF channel in Toronto. 2. This proposed channel has enormous potential to enhance communication on issues which affect the life of this community and thereby enrich it. 3. It is my intention to contribute educational programming to include subbject matter like Canadian history, Canadian immigration policy and gerontology. I submit that this will further support the well conceived community programming initiatives of Mr. Pachul. 4. I urge the CRTC to support the establishment of this channel in East Toronto.
