Mr. Pachul has made a commitment of 100% Canadian programming during prime time, and to feature local people and neighbourhood issues. Such dynamic television does not currently exist--at least not for those of us without cable. 3. I think we have here an idea whose time has come, and I strongly encourage all of you at the CRTC to assist us here in East Toronto in building an accessible, community television station. 4.
