It has long been known that the CRTC malfunctions whenever someone who is in a position to expose the criminal controllers applies for a license. There are uncountable frequencies to send and receive on and there is no truthful reason whatever to deny any person or organization their Divine right to a license to broadcast whatever is their choice.
This will be set to correction in due time when the people get totally fed up with the corruption and illegal control imposed upon them.
