Please be advised that this intervention is being written by a member of the Toronto east end community who firmly believes that the application by Star Ray TV should be accepted as it would mean an alternative to large based programming now presented in the region. 2.The services it would benefit in the immediate area are children's ,senior's complexes, schools, and libraries. It is my opinion that any small help to these institutions would provide a greater sense of solid community.
