I watched a broadcast of Star Ray TV in the summer of 1998 and noticed a very unique television experience, an experience that I have not seen on community access tv. It was the format and the presentation of the programs that immediately caught my eye. 2. When I phoned Mr. Pachul about a question that I had about an issue on one of its Public Forum programs I was immediately greeted on the phone with great interest and concerns about my question by Mr. Pachul who in turn answered it with a very suitable reply. 3. I feel that this station Star Ray TV are the eyes and ears of this community that it represents and shows the people of the community that their voices are not lost in the muddle of mainstream local Toronto media. 4.You don't need cable to pick up Star Ray TV and in todays economy it is nice to know that you can watch entertaining television that is free.
