Dear Sir or Madam, 1. I wish to support the application for a low-power cable TV station for Star Ray TV, in the east end of Toronto. 2. As a Communications Technology teacher at a local high-school, I would be very glad to have Star Ray TV as a possible distribution outlet for the video productions and news broadcasts that are being produced by my students. The students are far more serious about their work when they have a real deadline and an audience outside of their classroom to produce for. 3. Star Ray TV is probably the only station that is interested in local sports, cultural events and school activities. Please grant them the licence.
