Please allow Star Ray TV to continue broadcasting. 2. They provide a unique local voice in the community. 3. The signal quality is excellent and I understand that the transmitter and equipment has been inspected and passed by the DOC. 4. They do not interfere with or compete directly with any existing broadcaster. 5. They benefit the community. They could help small, local business and non-profit organizations. 6.
