I am a mother, a community minded person and as we approach the Millennium we are seeing fewer and fewer Canadian tv shows. I'd like to see my community getting involved in independent public broadcasting. Children, schools and parents would have a way of communicating on a more local level. 2. Not only would it be fun and entertaining, but educational too. I am really looking forward to being able to turn the tv on and tuning in to Star Ray TV. 3. Mr. Pachul has worked really hard to achieve this possibility and he deserves a chance.
