One such act is the treatment of Star Ray TV and the interference by CRTC employees and Broadcasting personnel in providing Star Ray TV a fair and proper hearing. The CRTC has moved a hearing from Toronto, where Star Ray is located, to Quebec, 8 hours away. Star Ray TV is a private enterprise that consists of 1 employee - Jan Pachel -, a small broadcasting span and is centrally located in an urban area inside of Toronto. Star Ray TV in no way can take time off to go to Quebec City and make its plea. Please realize that this situation and others like it will eventually make itıs way to the Supreme Court of Canada. The CRTC is in direct interference of the workingıs of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Chris Yaccato Tax Payer |
