I happened to be surfing thru the net the other day and I came across the web site of Star Ray TV. 2. As I was scrolling through the site I found the station to be a very interesting concept in Canadian television. 3.I was impressed by the local programming and different shows such as "Dancing to the Oldies" as well as a show called "The Creature Feature" and wondered to myself that this was a going to be a very unique type of community based tv station. 4. I contacted a Mr Jan Pachul of the proposed station and asked when he is going to be on the air. He told me as well as the programs that I had saw on the web site there was going to be community based issues brought into light as well as community based sports and activities. 5. I feel that the CRTC should grant Star Ray its license so that it could provide the community with its own voice to the GTA area.
